Words that sell, on pages built to convert.

Landing pages, funnels, website copy and blog content, in English or Spanish.

The problem

People visit, look around and leave.

We know we need a blog, but nobody has time to write it.

Who it's for

Built for businesses like yours.

  • Businesses launching an offer
  • Coaches and course creators
  • Sites that get visits but not customers

What you get

Everything it takes, done properly.

Landing pages

Built around one offer and one action, so nobody has to guess what to do next.

Full funnels

Opt-in, email sequence, and checkout or booking, connected end to end and tested before launch.

Website copy

Home, service and about pages that say what you do in the first five seconds, and why it should be you.

Email sequences

Welcome, follow-up and launch emails, each one written to move the reader one step closer to buying.

Blog posts that rank

Long-form articles researched around what people actually search, written for one specific reader, and linked to the pages that bring in business.

Local content for many locations

City-by-city articles that help each location page win the "near me" searches in its own market, instead of every search landing on the homepage.

Ghostwriting in your voice

Posts and emails written as the founder, in first person, so your expertise reaches people without you finding the time to write.

Bilingual copy

Written in each language for the people reading it, never run through a translator.

The method

How I write content that ranks.

Good writing isn't enough on its own. A post has to be found, read and acted on. Every article goes through the same five steps.

  1. 01

    Start from real searches

Find the questions people are actually typing in each city or situation, and the pages already winning them.

  2. 02

    Write for one reader

Not "customers." A family that just moved and has no one to ask. A clinic manager who's out of time. Specific readers get specific answers, and specific answers rank.

  3. 03

    Bring in local proof

Neighborhoods, local timing, real numbers: the details only someone who did the research would know, and the ones Google rewards.

  4. 04

Connect every post to a page that sells

Each article links to the location or service page it's meant to support, so the traffic goes somewhere useful.

  5. 05

    Measure and refresh

Posts are checked against how they actually perform, then updated, not written once and forgotten.

Anatomy of a post

Every line has a job.

A post written to help one location page win its city. Fictional client, real method.

What it looks like

From curious to customer.

Every step written and connected, so people keep moving instead of drifting off.

  1. A visitor landsOn a page built around one offer
  2. They opt inFor something worth their email
  3. The emails follow upSo you don't have to
  4. They book or buyWhen they're ready

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Learn

The offer, the customer and what's stopping them.

  2. 02

    Draft

The message and the structure, before any design.

Questions

Asked often.

How do you decide what to write about?

From what your customers are actually searching. I look at the questions people type in your market, the pages already ranking for them, and the gaps nobody has answered well. Every topic has a reason to exist before it gets written.

Will blog posts actually bring in customers?

They can, when each post is tied to a page that sells. A post that ranks but leads nowhere is just traffic. That's why every article links to the service or location page it's meant to support, and ends with one clear next step.

Can you write in my voice?

Yes. I write as the founder, in first person, so posts and emails sound like you. It starts with a conversation or two about how you work and what you've seen, and you approve everything before it goes out.

Do you write Spanish natively, or translate?

Natively. Spanish copy is written in Spanish, for the people reading it, not run through a translator.

Can you improve the pages and emails I already have?

Yes, and it's often the fastest win. Rewriting a homepage, a service page or a welcome email that isn't working usually pays off sooner than starting something new.

Can you write for a site you didn't build?

Yes. Copy, landing pages and blog posts work on any platform.

Do you set up the email side too?

Yes: sequences, segments and automations in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, EngineHire and others, connected to your forms and your booking or checkout.

Do you write for businesses with many locations?

Yes. City-by-city content is one of my specialties: articles written for each market that help its location page win the local searches, instead of every search landing on the homepage.

How will I know if it's working?

Every page and email has one goal, like an opt-in, a booking, a sale or a ranking for a specific search, and that goal is tracked from launch. You'll see what's working and what gets rewritten next.
